Founded in 1979, United Friends of the Children empowers foster youth through education and housing programs, advocacy, and ongoing support. UFC aimed to increase awareness and understanding of their organization through a new web presence. To meet these business goals, Hum first defined a streamlined content strategy that quickly clarifies the UFC mission and urgently encourages involvement. Next, we designed a site structure that ensures a seamless and helpful web experience for multiple audiences—youth, donors, and the foster community.
The resulting responsive site includes a suite of tools to further UFC’s work, including event registration, online resources and applications, and sophisticated donate functionalities through Salesforce and Click and Pledge integration.
