Caroline manages day-to-day tactical execution of project timelines, deliverables, and schedules, deftly guiding clients and creative teams through the design process. She works hard to ensure timelines and budgets stay on track, and values managing and delivering work that exceeds client expectations. Caroline’s to-do lists are something to behold, not only because of their length and thoroughness but also because of her near-perfect handwriting. Much like her dog, Penny the sweetheart, Caroline has a heart of gold (except when she eats all of the red Skittles out of the studio bowl—which only happened once).
